Determine your size
Sinus Cones are easy to apply for quick relief and are available in 3 comfort sizes: Small, Medium and Large. To determine the size to order, use a ruler and your thumb. Measure the width as though you are being fingerprinted. USE THE CHART TO REFERENCE THE SIZE THAT CORRELATES TO THE MEASUREMENT. Please note that some web browsers resize images automatically so be sure to use a ruler. The chart is for reference only.

Its Easy to Apply Sinus Cones™
These soft cones slide effortlessly in the nasal passage.

	1. Place Sinus Cones™ directly below your nose with safety tabs positioned on the outside.
	2. Guide Sinus Cones™ gently into nasal passages.
	3. Angle as necessary to customize comfort and fit. Be sure to always place the safety tab outside of the nostril.
	Give your nose a minute to adjust to the Sinus Cones™ while you feel how much easier it is to breathe.

Customizing Sinus Cones™ to Fit Your Nose :
For your most customized fit, wear Sinus Cones™ without the "handle".

Simply trim off the handle at the inside of each Sinus Cone as indicated. Next, slide a Sinus Cone into each nostril, and adjust for a customized fit.

If one nostril is a different size than the other, wear Sinus Cones™ individually with a different size in each nostril. Simply purchase the sizes needed, trim the "handle" off and use one size in one nostril and another size in the other nostril.

Care Instructions:
Wash Sinus Cones™ in warm water before use. While still warm, guide gently into nasal passages. Within minutes Sinus Cones™ warm to body temperature, soften and comfortably contour to the inside of the nasal passage. Allow a few minutes to become accustomed to the sensation of Sinus Cones™.

When sized correctly, Sinus Cones™ fit comfortably at the base of the nostril, and will stay in the nose comfortably. If they fall out, or feel too tight, another size is suggested.

Warning: If you are subject to frequent nose bleeds or serious sinus conditions, or if you have had a stroke and your breathing is impaired, consult a healthcare professional before use. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use.
